Shipping to the United Kingdom

THEF ships to UK addresses only. Orders leave in a plain box, with no product name on the outside, then go to a UK courier. You can follow every parcel from your account — and, once it ships, on the courier’s own tracking page.

United Kingdom

  • Fast & discreet — typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Standard UK delivery is $12.90. Orders of $200 and over ship free.
  • We usually dispatch within two working days of confirming payment.

Couriers: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL or UPS — assigned when the warehouse hands over the parcel. Import duty is not added by THEF at checkout.

How to track

  1. Open Account → Orders and select the order.
  2. When the parcel ships, the tracking number appears on the order, with an estimated delivery window.
  3. Use Track parcel to open the courier page and follow live scans. If the link is slow, copy the number and enter it on the courier website yourself.

Tracking is added as soon as the warehouse records the courier number. Until then the order still shows Processing or Shipped with dates from our side.

Discreet packaging

Parcels leave in plain cardboard, without large logos. Customs paperwork may still print the sender in small type — required by law — and may describe the contents as a personal-care item.

If something is delayed

Courier scans after handover are outside our warehouse. If a parcel has not moved for several days, or the box arrives damaged, email [email protected] with the order number and a photo if useful.
